For some strange reason, the Kolsch has become my yardstick when I visit a new brewery. When you make a double IPA, or a whisky barrel aged stout, you can make a lot of mistakes that no one will notice, but when you make a light, delicate beer like a Kolsch, you don’t have anywhere to hide anything.

Cerberus Brewing didn’t have anything to hide here. Delicious, light and refreshing. No big deal Kolsch is a big deal in my book. Well done!
