Cerberus Brewing
Located on 702 W Colorado Ave. Colorado Springs, CO 80905
The entrance is actually on S 7th, so turn in there and you’ll see the parking lot.
I think we’re going to be big fans of this brewery. We had 4 beers, and all of them were great, but the tap list is far too long to get through in one visit. We pledged to come back until we’ve made our way through that list.
Even thought the restaurant was busy, there was plenty of room in the expansive outdoor area. As a bonus, you get to smell some wood smoke coming off of the smoker at the end of the parking lot 🙂

[Note: 9/2/18] I have a bit of a confession to make, I kept saying and spelling the brewery as Cerebus. So much so that I had it all over the web site, in many posts, and I even infected Jesse with it in a couple of his posts. I realized my mistake on our last visit, and I have since tried to fix it everywhere on the site. If you catch it misspelled anywhere, let me know, and I guess I owe you a beer 🙂
