Double Dog Gose
4.5 ABV
12 IBU
Very nice. It’s tart, and you can taste the salt in it for sure. Between the two, it seems a like maybe it has a little bit of funk (in a good way), but then it’s gone the next sip.
Cerberus brewed this with Dueces Wild Brewery. We’ve visited a couple of times, but it was before we started blogging, so it really never happened. We’ll have to go back soon. the Gose was brewed with Hawaiian Pink Sea Salt and Coriander (according to the Facebook post)
I’m fairly new to the Gose style, I’ve had a handful of them in the past, but mostly at brew fests or other events, I think the first one I really payed much attention to was the Vapor Wave Rose Gose at Metric Brewing.
This is another beer that I would be glad to drink during some warm weather at my place. Something about the lower ABV, and the tartness is really refreshing during the Summer.
