Pikes Peak Lager House Review

We had a chance to finally swing by Pike Peak Lager House. It’s located on 514 Tejon St in Downtown Colorado Springs. If you haven’t had a chance to get down there yet, we highly suggest it.

It’s an interesting location, and very nicely decorated, and most importantly the beer is great! No, I’m not just saying that, the lagers are clean, and I’ve said it more than once, almost too clean if that’s possible. Just amazing beers, clean and every one that we had were just brilliantly clear.

The site is going to be home to a number of different establishments, and evidently the plan is to have a shared open container policy, so you can grab a beer at the lager house, then go over to another location to get some food, and there may even be some live music too.

On our Oktoberfest Special we sampled Coroebus, the Marzen from Pikes Peak Lager house. Here’s a link to that episode if you need a refresher.

The place is really designed well with a very interesting motif. A comfortable yet industrial feel to it. Almost Steam Punk.

Focus on the Beer did an article about Pikes Peak Lager house, and they have some really fantastic photos. You can find that article here.
