German Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.3%
Lots of Cloves, not much in the way of banana. Refreshing and fruity tasting. Very tasty.
The only fault I found, and it’s shared by most of the keg conditioned Hefeweizens, is that it was nearly clear. It’s something that really comes with the territory though, I think it’s just that the yeast and other particulate settles out in the keg.
If you like Hefeweizen, you’ll like this one.
