Amberdextrous
Smiling Toad this week. One of the thins with which I was pleasantly surprised was the number of IPAs (and variants) they had on tap. I was like a kid in a candy store. I couldn’t decide. So, as I have been trying to do lately, I decided to try something I normally wouldn’t and went with the amber (or was it a red?) – Amberdextrous.
I really enjoyed this beer. Compared to some of the reds I’ve had recently this one was balanced very well. The malt would come through and was noticeable but it wasn’t strong at all. The finish was just a little hoppy. Overall, it’s a very drinkable beer that would be great to have with a burger or steak dinner.
