Yukon Cornelius Peppermint Hot Chocolate Stout

This was another beer name that I found very amusing. It immediately brought back memories of the Claymation Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer special from my youth. The beer was just as good as the name.

As well as being in the flavor, I found that the peppermint was really noticeable in the aroma. Right when you’re about to take a sip it hits your nose, and complements the flavors as you take that sip.

The chocolate flavor is more of dark chocolate, and overall I had the impression of what I imagine a York peppermint patty made with dark chocolate would taste like.
