Stimulus Pale Ale All Grain Homebrew Recipe

This was Mike’s second attempt at this recipe, the first time around some hi jinks with an infrared thermometer led him to miss his mash temp, and he ended up with a much fuller, sweeter beer that didn’t seem to be a good pale ale. This time, everything went well, and ended up with a pretty solid pale ale. If you brew it, let us know what you think.
