Soulless Ginger Snap Brown Ale

Metric really nailed the flavor profile they were going for on this one.

Initially this brown ale reminded me exactly of a Ginger Snap cookie, with a nice malty backbone. As it warmed up, the ginger became a little more prevalent.

Although it was clear and dark, it had a light mouthfeel, and had a ginger finish to it. I could easily see having several of these in one sitting.
