Red Leg’s unique name is derived from the Civil War battlefields, where artillery soldiers wore a cardinal stripe on their pant leg to denote their location on the field of battle.

Red Leg is a pretty great place to grab a beer. Just off Garden of the Gods, there’s plenty of parking, and a lot more room in the place then it looks like from the front door. We’ve always had great experiences with the staff as well as the beer.
