[Mike] I was really excited to visit Metric Brewing. I’m a big fan of experimentation, and realizing there was an experimental brewery nearby was good news indeed. I’m glad we went so soon, because these guys know how to brew some tasty beer.
[Mike 9/16/18] After having a number of their beers, I have to say the one theme that I get from Metric, besides just the absolute awesomeness of their beers, is that the additional flavors that they add to the beers are generally understated. They add that little twist to the various styles, without stomping all over your tongue with it. The beer remains true to the style.
