Jesse totally stole this recipe from the awesome Mean Brews YouTube Channel, if you haven’t already you really should check them out. Jesse adjusted it for his system, and then like a heretic, he used the Brew in a Bag (BiaB) and No Chill Techniques. Sacrilege! It’s really tasty, Mike particularly liked the caramel finish.
