Episode 19: A Trip to Nano 108
This episode we’re tasting Nano 108’s entry into the Feast of Saint Arnold competition. A Gruit made with cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, and coriander in the boil. No hops. Cinnamon and pears in conditioning as well.
We also sample Nano 108’s Cream Ale, Ale of 1812, which has made it into the flagship lineup.
We’re having some issues with the beers that we’ve been getting from the Hamster ball Select-O-Matic, so we went back to draw another one. This time around the Hamster Ball gave us category 4A, Pale Malty European Lager.
