Commando Queen East Coast / Hazy IPA

Really pronounced grapefruit flavors, super hazy. As a matter of fact I think it looks like a foamy glass of grapefruit juice.
To my nose, the hop aroma and the grapefruit combined to sometimes give a not so pleasant flavor. To be fair though, neither Jesse or Jerry had the same impression so maybe my snoz was off. Either way, it was delicious.
I think I’m becoming a much bigger fan of the East Coast / Hazy IPAs. At first they certainly weren’t what I expected from a beer with “IPA” in it’s name, but I’m over that now. I think it’s the thickness of them, along with the juicy / fruity flavors.
