On a recent episode we had our friend and Irish Beer expert Dave on to talk about some Irish beers, a couple of Stouts and a couple of Irish Reds. Luckily Dave was willing to share his recipes with us! A straightforward recipe, with a nice light caramel flavor, but leaves a hint of roasted barley on the finish. If you give it a go, let us know what you think!
