I’m sure you’ve seen all of those “Florida Man” headlines, if not, here’s a handy twitter account to fill you in.
Metric Brewing states on their menu that this is the first beer in their Pastry series. I’m very interested in seeing what else is coming.
The lime flavor is more of a lime zest flavor rather than a lime juice, and is pretty understated. If you are interested in starting to get into sour beers, then I would suggest this one for sure, it would be a good first step. Not very sour at all.
This beer is delicious and refreshing, had a very Lovely color, very bright. I Highly suggest running down to Metric before it’s out.
