Patrick Chavez connected with us on our YouTube and Instagram pages, and as it turns out, he lives just a bit north of us. We headed on up and hung out at one of his favorite watering holes, Dry Dock Brewing. We even were lucky enough to exchange beers. Patrick entered this Pils into a local competition, and it took first place for the flight, and second place for Best of Show in the competition. Congratulations Patrick! After tasting it, it’s easy to see why it won. You can see the video review here.
As an added bonus, Patrick agreed to let us share the recipes, so read on if you want to recreate it.
You can visit the Pathworx Brewing YouTube channel here, and find him on Instagram here.
