Mosaic Mo’Betta
So, as with many of the Breweries in Colorado, the IPA craze has hit Hawaii as well. They had several to choose from. While I have been trying to steer clear of the IPAs and expand my zymurlurgial horizons I couldn’t help myself and tryed the Mosiac Mo’Betta IPA.
I liked this beer quite a bit. It really fit into my idea of what an IPA should be. It started with a crisp, citrusy flavor and finished off with a bitter, hoppy flavor. I found it to be very drinkable and would order it again.
