Mom Jeans Raspberry Kölsch
I have to be honest, I got this for really one reason only – the name. It was fun ordering a Mom Jeans. But, I wasn’t disappointed that I did. It was a light, easy drinker that would be good for a warm afternoon.
This beer started nice an smooth, with a noticeable (but not overpowering) tart raspberry and finished with a noticeable honey flavor.
As I had mentioned in the intro post for this weeks visit, I had a “burnt” flavor finish on all of the beers I tried here today. I couldn’t figure out why, but it was distracting. I think it was just me because, even though I brought it up, no one else noticed it.
