Maui Brewing Company
Business has brought me to the beautiful Hawaiian island of O’ahu. As with much of the rest of the country, the craft brew craze has struck here as well. According to the web site, the largest craft brewer in the state is Maui Brewing Company.
This might be fair, but I can’t help but make the comparison between Maui Brewing Company and Rock Bottom simply because both make great beer but also offer a selection of fantastic food as well. Maui Brewing has several locations, two on Maui, and one in Waikiki on Oahu (for now, anyway. Their website says they’ll be opening another location in Kailua soon).
