Making a simple cider

After having sample some of Mike’s hard apple cider in the past (or simply ‘cider’ as our friends across the pond call it), I have been itching to make some myself. For whatever reason, I just haven’t done it – until now. I knew it was a straightforward process but, dang, it’s super easy and the results are hard to argue with.
