Fossil was one place that I’ve been meaning to go to for quite awhile now, every single time we’re coming east on 24, I see it, but when you see it and you’re headed east bound, it’s too late to turn onto the road, and I’m usually wiped out when we’re coming back from the mountains.
Boy was I missing out.
The taproom is fairly small, but the beer is delicious, and the staff is great. When we were there, they had a tap list of their flagships up, as well as a list of test taps. Food trucks frequent the brewery, and I just really don’t know what else I could expect.
The tap list wasn’t huge, but we didn’t make it through them all, so we’ll have to come back soon.
