One dollar from every pint sold will be donated to the Rocky Mountain Dawgs Project. This Colorado based charity assists veterans suffering from PTSD who may be in need of a service dog to help them get through the trauma they have endured.
-Metric Brewing
This beer was a collaboration that Metric did with Bristol Brewing. Talking with Morgan, he said that he was really surprised at how much the dollar per pint added up, and how much was being donated to charity.
He also said that Bristol’s Centrifuge is really efficient, and spun a lot of the hazy right out of it.
I didn’t really get New England IPA out of this one. That being said, it tasted like a really good traditional American IPA. Clear, hoppy, nice aroma, and finishes with a lingering, citrus like bitterness. Very good beer.
