- Bristol’s 25th Anniversary Birthday Boxes – February 2019
When I first moved to Colorado Springs, Bristol was a whole new animal to me. I had never lived anywhere that had a local brewery before, and it was really awesome.
They’ve been in business since 1994, and they just crank out some consistently good beers. They brew everything to style, and only distribute here locally. Their pumpkin ale is a “wait in line at the brewery” hit every year, and they have had other commemorative beers for various reasons.
They moved into a closed school, The Ivywild School, and really have made it into a unique place. I highly suggest visiting.
