English Porter Homebrew Recipe and Review
Your eyes aren’t deceiving you, Steve is back again! He was kind enough to come over with his ESB, his Brewzilla, and finally, this English Porter. Originally from a Black Butte Porter clone recipe discussed on a “Can You Brew It?” episode. He’s been brewing it since 2013, and I’ve had the opportunity to sample it many times over the years, so it was perfect that he just happened to have some ready to go.
This recipe won Best of Show at the 2014 Great Arizona Homebrew Competition.
Steve again was willing to share his recipe, and you can find it at the following link:

We mentioned doing cask style kegs in Corny kegs, tipped upside down, and give a brief rundown of how to do it. We haven’t tried it, but if you have any experience let us know. We hope to try it out soon, and the image we showed was blatantly stolen from this post on HomeBrewTalk.
