Homebrew Biere de Garde Recipe and Review

In this episode, we’re tasting and reviewing Mike’s Homebrewed Biere de Garde.

Farmhouse Ales by Phil Markowski is an excellent book, and if you enjoy Saisons and Biere de Garde syle beers, I highly recommend it.

This was one of the first batches that Mike brewed on his Mash and Boil, and he had some issues, so he doesn’t think it quite converted the way it should have, hence the higher gravity.
